Ethan J. Early
Mr. Early joined Early, Ludwick, Sweeney & Strauss in 1999 after graduating from University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law.
In 1995, Mr. Early graduated from Princeton University, where he played Varsity Ice Hockey for four years and received the Vaughn Cup, a team award for dedication to Princeton Hockey.
Mr. Early is the author of "Flatow vs. The Islamic Republic of Iran and the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act: Is a Piece of Mind Enough?", published in the Connecticut Journal of International Law, Volume 14, Issue 1, and available at 14 CONN. J. INTL L. 203 (1999). In 2000, Mr. Early earned the 1999 Connecticut Conference of Municipalities Prize for Scholastic achievement in the area of municipal law. In 2001, Mr. Early testified in front of a New York State Legislature Subcommittee on the safety of Ephedra.
He is a licensed attorney in New York, Connecticut, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York. Attorney Early's practice areas include asbestos, fen-phen and PPA. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the New York City Bar Association.
